Your google adsense account should be get disabled due to mainly three problems.
1) invalid click activity
2) wrong PIN information
3) Give your add code to other people.
1)Invalid click activity
some times you have problems with unbalanced click and page view ratio .so you have to over come this problem.if your click one day is 50 you must have at least 50 page views.
you can click your own adds if you can balance this value ratio.google server will only analyse the page views per click you can correct this problems.
2)you can type PIN for 3 Times if you cant correct this PIN three times google shows that your account is diabled then you have to give an apeal on that day
3) dont paste add on other persons web sites it will cause account problems
